Virgin UK charges the same for data (£5,00/MB) regardless if one is roaming or not. That's what I use for my data when I am roaming with one of the international sims.
Phones: Xiaomi Mi Mix 2, Samsung Galaxy A50, ASUS zenfone 3,
Sim cards: AT&T (Contract), 3 UK, Piranha Mobile
