Any recommendations for an inexpensive & reliable service to forward my US Verizon cell calls to a TravelSIM (Estonia)?

Sipnumber.com no longer allows Intl CF.
pbxes.com seems over my "newbie" head complicated

We will be traveling Europe for six weeks. Outgoing calls will be via TravelSIM with Callback World.
