Base rates are the same for prepaid and postpaid: 0.49 PLN/min voice calls/videocalls (of course 1/1 debiting, no setup fee), SMS/MMS 0.15 PLN.
As to data, at the moment WAP over GPRS only is available and it's pretty expensive
- 0.05 PLN/10 kB (5 PLN/MB).
Postpaid plans available as "money packets" or "minimum fee plans" - you can spend money for what you want (except premium rate services). Each plan contains more credit that is really paid what significantly decreases real costs
