Don't forget to mention, that with Medion Mobile cards (sold at Aldi), which are all USIMs, you can use the 24 ct/MB tariff also on the eplus UMTS network. Since eplus hasn't implemented HSDPA so far, bandwidth is limited to 384 KBit/s.
eplus itself hasn't announced any decrease of their data tariffs so far.
