The problem is that EVERY italian operator has this trouble

Wind, Vodafone and H3G (I don't consider Tim because thanks to their policy it's almost impossible for a italian to recharge online too...) DON'T ACCEPT any foreigner credit cards on their websites Sometimes you can pass it using an American Express, but in the last weeks Amex had problems too.

But this is not only an italian problem. I just read on this forum similar troubles around the Europe, so we need a lot of patience ...
