For contract users, the UK one applies to visited 3 networks in the 7 countries. On prepaid, fewer countries - worth checking from time to time
The 3 Ireland version applies when visiting the 7 countries on contract or only UK and Italy on prepay.
Gryphone's remarks about no prepay roaming apply to 3 Austria
3 Sweden customers roam free in Denmark at their normal charges. I think Danes visit Sweden on the same terms, but I didn't find detail on the Danish site
