I was extremely satisfied when I used it 3 months ago on a trip that took me through UK, Amsterdan, and Nigeria. No surprises at all. It worked just as advertised. I also like the idea that I can get an sms with the call cost after every outgoing call (can be disabled on the web just like pretty much every other option), the free call forwarding to any number, and the fact that it does not cost to check VM.

It does need to be recharged every 6 months though...at least according to their website. Minimum topup is $20.
