What do you mean?
1) How much will pay when you
receive a call from Italy to your English phone number while you are in England?
2) How much will a person calling from Italy to you to your English number pay
Answers:
1) Nothing. Incoming calls are free in Europe as long as you are in the "home country" of the SIM card.
2) He/she will pay the rate of his/her operator for calls to UK mobile phones.
