It does, so sometimes I use the O2 SIM to start the call, pre-diverted to the IoM one. I and others have asked in the Voipfone forum whether they will consider specifying two numbers to be connected, which they may consider if there is demand. An sms to Mywebcalls from a pre-registered phone can specify any two numbers, including both landlines.
