I just spent a week in Netherlands/Belgium/France with a UM SIM card and used Callbackworld for calls.
Total 109.1 minutes of calls in Europe and to the USA.
Total cost $15.21 for Callbackworld
Total cost $0 for UM
Average cost per minute = $0.14
