we forgot TMS, San Marino ( http://www.tms.sm ). This is NOT a real MVNO, but they use the infrastructure of TIM for their customer. It's a quite strange operator, RSM's Governiement has a special commercial agreement with TIM for a different taxation (and tariff plan) for RSM citizens. Only postpaid service. They use 2 series of Tim business numbers (335.733xxxx and 335.734xxxx) with italian international prefix (+39) and not their (+37.

Well, San Marino is NOT in European Union but Tim yes... :P
