I have the same problem. I called a few days ago on Tues after I was "declined" and spoke with CS guy who took my email address & said he'd get back to me. When I didn't hear for a couple of days, I called again and he said they're having terrible problems with the website and that there are many with the same problem. They're hoping to have it fixed "soon", and plan to email those who've called as soon as it is.
I'm impatient, as I leave 23 Aug on long trip, and want it in my phone (which Mike aka Snidely "gave me"

) before I leave. So, you should call them and register your email with them so you get notified.
