After talking to Barry at CBW, it seems that they suffered a database crash sometime this past week. If you signed up more than 10 days ago, your service should be unaffected, but I was told that all accounts setup after then were to be restored by Sunday, which didn't happen.
My new account isn't recognized at all, and when I try to call any US numbers , I get a "thank you... invalid number, please, reenter" or "thank you" and a fast busy. Calling international to explain to the people with the phone that they can't call me back, however, works just fine.
