Best Sim for a week in Vietnam?
I'm guessing none of the SIMS I use in the EU are going to get me good rates in Vietnam. I'll be there for one week and in Hong Kong for 12 hours. Recommendations appreciated.

I was just looking at Yackie's website and it appears they are selling SIMS and I would assume back in business. But my account still shows no balance ( I had one) and I have not received a new SIM....

Just to help others out, I took an AT&T phone with me, used that at the airports, and us used a friends TelCel card on arrival in LaPaz. Refilling the card was easy, there were more TelCel outlets...

I was going for the Ortel card:
12.95 Euros for SIM with 10 Euro call credit
.09 Euros to the USA
.19 Euros to German landline or mobile
.15 Euros call setup per call
but they require a bank...
