the SFR card will most propably stick to EU roaming regulation and charge around 25ct/MB of data.
Usually data plans are not valid outside the home...

the problem is that calls to these numbers are mostly quite costy - e.g. in germany you can get a 032 VoIP number -- which is not billed as a landline but varies between 5 ct/min and 50ct/min...

If you need a nano sim you will need to order it seperately as a SIM swap via the hotline.
