I can understand that SMS doesn't work in Hop where it costs only 10 US cents but the case of 09 with the rate 49 eurocents and not working either is pretty amazing :P Don't they want to make money...

I think you mean 0.9 EUR per megabyte (or megaoctet, as you call this unit in France :)), not per kilobyte. 0.9 EUR/kB would mean 900 EUR/MB :D. Anyway, not a big deal anymore :P
