CBW introduced new rates from today. UM is now 56 cents.min! The rate almost doubled!

Has anyone managed to receive callback on the Estonian sim or is it me only who has this trouble??

I can easily accept sms to 09 from Greek networks (and fast). What I have noticed is that this happens if the phone is switched on only! If it is switchjed off the sms does not arrive....

the increase in the rates is due toi the fact that the carrier (United mobile) asks for more to connect the call. So it is a matter of interconnection fees.

Most international sims do not charge for incoming sms but they have higher rates for outgoing. Um is 39 cents, travelsim is 35 cents, probably a manx sim is a bit less
