Why bother keeping the billing system in place?! The UM+ SIMs are dead... The UM423 ones can only receive calls.

It would be a whole lot cheaper to just unplug it.

The other US GSM carrier, AT&T is less expensive, howevever, if you don't mind going with an MVNO then Tuyo is your best bet.
