I would say just by call rates and number of local access numbers Rebtel is better. But it doesnt have SKYPE calls and SMS callback service.

Moldcell and Orange have both coverage in Bendery and Tiraspol. But Moldcell much better one. You cant dial PMR numbers from Moldova GSM number.

Looking for cheap and reliable CDMA phone working on CDMA 2000 1x, 800 МHz. Here in Europe is quite hard to get any of these. So seller should be able to ship phone for reasonable price.

It works here fine. Usually roams on T-Mobile or Vodafone network. You couldn't reached the direct Icelandic number when calling from O2 mobile, it did connect on T-Mobile.

You are quite right. IDT has the cheapest rate direct call rates from Belgium. SIMYO is nice(cheaper)when you use Rebtel as you pay only 5c/minute to call Rebtel access number. BTW I have both SIMs
