If you were an old Callblue customer you may be better off taking up GT-SIMs offer to take over the account. Then you can retain the old rates. That is what I did. See the Callblue/GT-SIM site:

Good if you only expect to receive limited amounts of calls, whilst roaming. Best thing is that it is free to sign up, so no downside if you have a O2-UK SIM already. Details here...
