About an hour ago, I noticed accidentally a Google Ad on the top of this forum :) which lead me to http://www.call28.com.

It's another Manx SIM.

My first impression are:
1) Rather expensive. Especially you won't like rates to mobile phones in some tiny European country :P
2) It seems there's no free incoming calls (calculator doesn't show the rates for incoming calls!) although the "basic" rate seems to be rather low (example table shows that it's 0.03 GBP for Australia, France, Germany and Italy)
3) I didn't find info about debiting, SMS and data rates

There are incoming rates (e.g. Australia-France-Germany 3 p/min).

But it's only an example. There are no general info about incoming rates for all countries in which the sim works. Do you believe that the incoming call rates in USA or India are also as low as 3p/min? I don't :D

You are right. There are no more info and it is strange that they charge for incoming calls when other Manx cards do not in certain countries (e.g. Germany, France)

Right, Manx sims usually have at least 30-40 countries with incoming calls.
The only exception from this sule, GT-sim charges for incoming calls everywhere except for one "home" country but it has at least simple good rates for outgoing calls and sms instead.
