A couple of months back I was testing my Wind SIM and and put it in a phone and put the phone down and left it until the battery drained. Later I checked the credit on my SIM and had only about 4 Euro left, when previously it was like 19 Euro. The last time I topped the SIM's credit (Andrea did it for me) was about May of '05. I was wondering if the old credits left from July of '04 expired unused or could the phone have done something that used up 15 Euros in credit while I wasn't looking?

That's very strange. The credit has a validity of 11 months (plus 1) and you must do some "activity" every 3 months to keep it working. But you never loose credit doing nothing.
You can take a look on your 155.it account, there should be written everything. |
Here is all the calling data on 155.it (Sorry about the formatting)

It shows the free call to top-up the account, an OTA message and a very brief session to check GPRS and assure account activity. Anything else seems to have have happened beyond the end of the queue. Is there a way to get older call and credit data? |
You can get older call details asking to send it by e-mail (Dettaglio via E-mail), they'll send you the last 3 months of details in 24 hours.

Thanks, I'll try that.

Donald what was the OTA message? About what?
