Heard some story that Telefonica, Verozone and Blackstone Partners do plan to takeover Vodafone. Thay like to split it in 3 parts. Verizone should get US and UK, Telefonica should get European networks and finally Blackstone should have Asia and South Africa.

That's pure speculation at this point. I don't think Verizon has any serious ambitions to expand outside of North America.
