The link doesn't say how much calling within France is included. If it was unlimited it would be reasonable. 2 hours calling to all international numbers from France and all neighbouring countries except Germany will attract a few people.

Now if the 1GB of data also worked in neighbouring countries as well....

It is meant for use in and outside France (except the GB included only in France... :(), so the allowance is still the same: 2h and 1000 texts.
