Voipbuster, JustVoip, Sipdiscount- Can't Login
I have been using Betamax voip providers such as Voipbuster, Sipdiscount, Justvoip, SMSlisto since 2005.
I have not logged into my accounts for a while and now when I enter username and password on the website it says "incorrect username or password". My sip device also will not register. When I click on the "forgot password" link and enter my email it sends me the same details that I have entered which shows my username and password are ok. I cannot find any other way to contact them as the website will not let me in to contact customer services. This has been going on for a few days. Anyone else having a problem like this or know of any other way to contact them?. I have quite a bit of credit spread between the accounts so don't want to lose it.:o |
I eventually managed to get in touch with Customer Services from another account which was still active.
Sent them the Usernames for all the accounts which I could not log in to and promptly received a reply saying "We have restored your accounts and you can use them again." Logged on to them ok and my credit is still there :) |
I have the same problem with a voipbuster account. I tried to fill the form on another clone that I have a wroking account but it would not proceed abecause it requires an error code. What error code did you put?

I did not enter an error code, I ticked the option underneath: "Other account problems (please use the additional info field)" In the section underneath that where it says "Which number did you try to reach:" I had to change the country a few times till it picked up the country code as it does not let you enter it manually. Once you do manage to submit the help form they responded within a few hours. |
