Former UM and UM+ customer

What vendors currently has offers for previous United Mobile customers? I know of OneSimCard who offers replacement SIM with 10$ credit, anyone else?

Some have had some, for example I received a free SIM with no credit and then added some, but I imagine those promotions which actually named or hinted at specific brands have tailed off a bit by now
