Need SIM with Belgian Number - MaxRoam?

I urgently need a roaming-capable SIM with a Belgian mobile number (+32-4) for receiving SMS, so I'm looking for an online shop that sells and ships them within Europe. I'd very much appreciate your advice.

I read on the main site that MaxRoam has a +32 number for SMS. But I wonder if that's still accurate, because there's a thread here that said they discontinued their Belgian Base numbers in 2010 and are now issueing +44 cards :confused:

You could try Ortel Belgium. Maxroam's +32 SIM cards were switched off.
