help with WIND charges
 

Hey Effendi, hope you or anyone else can help with this.

I sent my daughter to the WIND store to purchase a SIM with the following options:
Super Senza Scatto
Mega Unlimited
Call your country option

Alll were to be activated when she got the SIM so there shouldnt be activation charges.

This is whats on her receipt:
sim ric wind 10euro
pack ricarica 5 euro
ric virt 25euro
ric virt 15 euro

did she get what she asked for? Seems it cost more than we were expecting.

She refilled with more credit, but that shouldn't be a big problem if she plans to use it.
If everything is ok she should have: 5+25+15 euros of credit, i.e. 55€.
Of these she should pay 20€ for the Mega Unlimited, so 35€ left.
