Prepaid Microsims Summer 2011
 

My family and I are spending 2 months in Heidelberg this summer with 2 iPhones. What are the current recommendations for prepaid card plans with:

• Volume billing at .09EUR/min
• 10EUR monthly data plans
• Micro-SIM cards (or double-duty "punch-out" cards)
• free in-network phoning (possibly for a small price, to call each other)

I've seen Fonic and Tchibo recommended; any others? Should I stay away from E+ providers? I see a 20EUR startbonus currently advertised by FONIC through 5/29. How can you get that? Is that based on when you order your SIM, or when you activate it?

We will have a German address, but no bank account.
