Discount international calls from Italy?
 

I am wondering if TIM has an equivalent card to the Dialoga International from WIND which can be used in conjunction with the Italian SIM in a mobile phone to make discount international calls.

Also I am trying to find out if there is a TIM shop in the arrivals area of Milan Malpensa airport.
