Prepaid now in Costa Rica
 

I just noticed this new page on the I.C.E. website. It looks like Costa Rica has entered the world of prepaid.

:oops: "Perpaid": What happens when you post too early in the morning and now I can't delete it. Grrrr.

And it seems to be extremely cheap...

If you read this post on HoFo, you can get some idea that it might not be easy for someone visiting CR to get an I.C.E. prepaid.
