Using Global SIMs' Call Forwarding function

Has anyone here used the ability to forward calls from international SIM cards? I have a World SIM and ekit cards. The World SIM forwards call to USA numbers for free. ekit for the Zone 1 rates {plus connection fee if any!}. How do people here use them? My imagination is dull and some here seem to have interesting and useful ideas for a function like this one.

Aren't most international SIMs made for people who are travelling to another region than their home region, like especially Americans travelling to Europe? Forwarding calls to another country is often expensive as the costs of forwarding is usually the same as placing calls to the number.
