Leclerc mobile monthly fee
 

When I was last time in France I bought a LECLERC prepaid SIM to receive incoming call back calls free.

There is a monthly fee settled from the account, I think its 1,50€/month.

Now the balance is zero, but card is still valid and login possible.

For several month I did neither use it nor recharge.

When I recharge next time, will I have to pay the monthly fee of the months before when there was no balance ???????????????

If its like this its better to buy a new SIM during the next stay.
