Yoigo increase call setup fee
 

Just some heads up info that the 12c (exc VAT) call setup fee is being increased to 15c (exc VAT) from 7th May!

A bit of a pain for people like me who rely on making many "free" Yoigo to Yoigo calls (but still pay the setup).

For occasional visitors it's probably worth going on to the "La del Ocho" tariff. All national calls and SMS (inc. international) are only 8c!

I notice that since February they are no longer offering Tarjeta 2, the tariff which did not have the 6 euro minimum monthly usage, ideal for occasional visitors to Spain that use Yoigo mainly for internet connection as it has higher day time call rates.
