still no success with 09
 

Hello

I have already mentioned about having problems with 09 but other members said there account was fine. Is this still the case....
Tried telephoning but could not get through...
No reply to several e-mails which is unusual...
Cannot access my account...
Am I just unlucky...
Just to check my account login is my telephone number without the 00
Password is the eight digit PUK number
Also tried recover password and message says no such account exists...

My 09 sim works fine. Just tried for both incoming and outgoing calls.

I would recommend to ring up the customer service. Maybe something went wrong with your account. My 09 card is also working flawlessly at the moment.

Just a quick update - from the previous telephone number mentioned
- message says telephone number out of order !!

yeah, "the person you've called is not available"... nice.
But that happend several times with their hotline number in the past. 09 seems to be a SIM that either works 100% or not at all. Not to recommend without a backup card in the pocket.

Backup cards ! I have united & away phone for just in case. Trouble is I have mostly given out 09 to friends. Never mind - think I will give up on 09 after my last text message from them - top up your card and I have 23 euro credit......oh and the card does not work anymore from receiving text message.....it's still strange not to get e-mail replies because in the past they were very good at responding

I would call this number tomorrow. I remember in the past that problems occured on weekends
