do any of you know what are the video call tarrifs offered by Italian mobile operators (prepaid/pay-as-you-go)?

They all all written HERE on the single operators' pages, anyway: (on net/off net)
TIM: € 0.60/€ 1,20 (plus € 0.15 setup fee)
Vodafone: € 0.50/€ 1,20 (plus € 0.15 setup fee)
Wind: € 0.50/€ 1,00
3: € 0.15/€ 0,99 (plus € 0.16 setup fee, 60/60 billing)

Do you mean video calls rates for postpaid users? They are exactly the same as for prepaid, except some forfait bundles by 3 which have on-net video calls included in the monthly/weekly minutes.
