Telenor Kort&Kontant

I have a Telenor Kort&Kontant SIM for use during out vacation in Norway this month. Does anyone know if there is a cost effective way to call back to the USA on this SIM? Any other info on this SIM would be helpful.....

I don't know about callthrough services you could use with Telenor, but you might look at a Lebara SIM with its own cheap int'l rates
