Brazil (Florianopolis) SIM card
 

I'll be going to Florianopolis, Brazil soon and I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a SIM card for that area.

Also, I've used a T-Mobile SIM in the US and a Movil SIM in Panama. Both have special deals that save a lot of money. With T-Mobile you get a large discount per minute if refilling $100, and with Movil your minutes are quadrupled if you buy the $12 refill card.

Are there any special deals like that with a Brazil SIM card?
