Manx quality problems

I have a +44-7624 number from globalsimcard.co.uk

I have a pbx account and use the callback option using voicetrading premium serivce.

To activate the callback I call a number, my caller id is recognised and I get a callback on my +44-7624 number.
When picking up I get the dialtone of pbxes and can dailout at cheap rates.

This worked very well up to beginning of the week. The dtmf codes of the mobile phone just did not come thru. I tried login to different networks different countries but the tones were not recognised.

Today I tried my UM+ number also +44-7937 and no problems with recognising dtmf tones.

There seem to be some quality problems is my only conclusioon. Or they use more compression on their network so that dtmf tone do not come thru. I also noticed that the called id on the manx card is still not perfect. When having a call with no caller id it shows a +70 caller id.

I have now switched to the UM+ because of these problems.

can you explain exactly about the pbx and the callback service , i will tell you about mine , i have buy a local did number from didww and forward it to Justvoip account which is always forwarded to my international sim +44 7624 so when anyone call my local number it will Ring to the sim card , ofcource it will cost me 6.5 euro cent at Just Voip ....

so tell me about your trick with pbx .

Not necessarily their fault. I haven't quite figured which of two companies is putting that on there, but it doesn't show when only one is involved; I suspect they are by default exposing a caller ID which isn't usually meant to be seen

I know the justvoip trick and used it myself up to about 6 weeks ago. The problem now seems to be the quality of forward of justvoip. Whenever I forward a call to either a mobile or fixed line and I call my justvoip sip at username@sip.justvoip.com the quality is very bad. I mean really very bad.

www.pbxes.com is a virtual telecom pbx. You can setup trunks = incoming and outgoing lines and you can setup extensions = voip phones or regulas pstn phones. In case of pstn phones extensions the call is forwarded using a trunk.

In my case my mobile number is and extension and incoming calls are forwarded.

When using pbxes pro you can have a callback option.
This means that I call a line on a trunk using a phone with caller id. The callback is setup that it recognises the caller id and when making the call you always get a busy signal.
Within 10-20 seconds you receive a callback on your mobile and you will get the dialtone on the pbx and can continue the call.

Using the system this way, a callback to my mobile cost me 10 eurocent per minute (voicetrading) than I can continue the call at the voicetrading or other betamax provider rate.
To most fixed lines the call is free or just 1 cent. This means I can make a call to a fixed line from my mobile for only 11 cents.

The problem I have is that the manx number I have does not recognise dtmf tones anymore. So whenever I receive the callback and want to dial a number, the numbers are not recognised anymore. This means that using the manx number I can't use my callback system anymore.

Just don't know whats happening. When they activated caller id calles with no caller id would just show nothing, no number. Now all of a sudden i do get a caller id when someone without caller id is calling. This happens in different countries different networks. I did not happen before. It seems that they are still palying around with the caller id.
