call28 callback help
 

Please, because i've poor audio and i do not understand well the recorded voice:

I ring to callback number assigned from call28 and the "other side" recall me in few second.
So, i answer and listen the voice who say me "please insert the number you wish to dial".

.....I want to call to italy and i put on the phone this: 0039 06 123456789.

The voice say something similar to: "the number is not recognized, please insert before the uk dialing code"

Is there anyone who help me??
