Best Couple Int. Sim + Callback

Hi,
it seems that a 09 sim with callback World, is a good couple to call
Europe from Europe.

Is my opionion right, or there is any other better couple ??

Thanks

Right now today, probably. But....

1. O9 does not function in Switzerland. They have no roaming partners there.

2. And these things can change on a moment's notice. I don't understand how the rates to Liechtenstein (United Mobile) have tripled and quadrupled in the last couple of weeks on almost everything I have where the rates were cheap. I don't understand this whole termination rate thing...I can't believe for example who determines how high these rates should be...it certainly can't be UM because they want people to use the service and why would the costs of say AT&T be that much greater to Liechtenstein than say to Britain.

Bear in mind that many of the carriers charge very high rates to call Estonian, Icelandic and Liechtenstein mobiles or will not allow calls at all.

I like Cherry Mobile (or GeoSIM) and Enlinea.

I think that is the best combo, as it has 6 sec billing, and, Enlinea to callback an IOM number is 21c or so - so, to use it for USA, it is about 24c a minute.

Can you guys explain this to me. Isn't Cherry a UK number? So how does Enlinea determine rates via a callback? For a call FROM the US, is it just US to UK rates regardless of what European country I am in (and I assume it is the higher Mobile/SS rates)?

MATHA531 06-07-2007 21:11

No matter where you are, it's a call from the UK...and if you look at enlinea rates, they are very high for calls from UK mobiles (wonder why...can't have anything to do with trying to screw people using Isle of Man of which Cherry is one international sims? Nah. there ain't no conspiracies around now are there?

I found interesting rates of callback to www.call28.com to Estonian mobile (Travelsim).
More expensive is callback to United mobile ---> certain country.
I do not know the quality, because i bought today the travelsim and set up the account on call28.
I'll post my test in next days.

In the FAQ's of Cherry i read :

Is Caller ID Enabled?

Cherry SIM does not support Caller ID Feature at the moment.

Do you refer to sms callback ?
