SIM Recommendation for Croatia
 

We will be travelling to Croatia in June and would like to know if there are any recommendations for a local SIM card that I can use in my Nokia 6100 phone. I will primarily be calling to the USA. Also which card has the least expensive incoming /outgoing rates?
