Cheapest _WORKING_ VOIP operator to United Mobile
 

That's the question...

I'm looking for a VOIP operator that CAN make calls to UM.
They all have 'Liechtenstein Mobile' listed, but...

Betamax (Sipdiscount, Voipcheap, ...) isn't doing the job.

Anyone success in dialing +423663... with another operator at a reasonable price?

I can make such calls with voipfone (no problem at all) but it is 34p/min, which is expensive.
I would advice you to use CBW.

That IS expensive.

I don't like to use CBW because i'd like to implement it in my pbxes.org account, making it possible for friends to call a regular landline, and I'd pay for forwarding the call.

I have a bunch of VoIP providers configured here but no UM-SIM to test calls. If you are interested i could try to ring up your number. In that case just PM me the number and we can give it a try

I tried to call with the cheapest i have first - and had been successful.

with simply-connect (www.simply-connect.de) the call got trough within 5 seconds, sound quality was 100% crystal clear from my side.

The charge is 20.32 ct/min, billed in 1 second increments or
19.44 ct/min when billed in one minute increments (you can choose the tariff).

Thanks, I just registered. But they initially don't allow paypal to top-up my account. So it will probably take some time before I can tell you if it is working for me to.

You said you have a lot of VOIP providers. Do you mind sharing the list? I never heard about this one. It's not cheap to call Belgium, but for Liechtenstein it's great ! I'm also looking for a cheap UK Mobile provider. Voipcheap (7cents) is good, but there is quite a delay, so want to check out others...

Did you try to charge the account by bank transfer? As you are living in the EU as well it should be free of charge from your bank. I did not try the other VoIP providers with the UM card number. And they were all more expensive. Let me see if i can gather a bit more information regarding recharging the account at simply-connect.

Do you know about some cheap-prised UK mobile offers?
Voipcheap.com is €7c, but I'm willing to pay up to €11c (£7p of £8p) per minute.
I'm not that thrilled about the voicequality that Voipcheap (I know, cheap) is offering.
