i got a spam email advertising for a international SIM-card which i did not read of before.

Its called Teleoptima (http://www.teleoptima.com) but there are no rates shown on the website.

Anybody came across this offer before?

I hadn't, though the colours on the SIM looked familiar ...

It's an IoM one. Apparently they are master distributors to resellers and do not retail it to end users. Large order quantities; he suggested another company if I want to buy ten or twenty.
