Me and Effendi found a depliant about a new international sim card in Malta: http://www.textbaytelecoms.com

Not so attractive expect for free incoming in Australia, NZ and South Africa... well, now you can take a look by yourself :)

Interesting. They have free incoming in most of Europe (if not all) also. Sms is cheaper than UM or Travelsim. Is it Manx rebranded; At first sight it looks like that

I think I'd vaguely heard of the company name somewhere ... do they do single country SIMs?

The website needs a bit more attention, but it looks like yet another rebrand of CallKey, possibly Simazing, or Callblue?

I've already put in on my list of Manx sims:
TravelSim Global

However the site layout has changed AFAIR since I saw it previously.

And this sounds amazing:

Dual-SIM phone

TextBay will soon be releasing its' latest development in Dual-SIM technology. After much feedback and response from our Dual-SIM card we have gone ahead and released our 1st generation Dual-SIM Phone. With this phone any two networks will work simultaneously
