Weird....can't access callbackworld information...can't use pin2dest on callbackworld get message pin invalid.....

Somebody mentioned they had a crash...anybody know what's going on.

Their systems (as well as enlinea-strange..) have crashed some days ago...

Most of their systems do not work

The cynicism in me is always there...perhaps some sort of sabotage?

No that wouldn't happen, now would it.

Of course it is very strange that not only cbw but enlinea is involved!

They (CBW and enlinea) seem to share some common system base (they have the same voice prompts also) and their online system is via the same provider

This is not good news, as I leave Thursday for London (for Great British Beer Festival -- if any of you Brits are going lets meet for a pint).

Two data points: My CBW Toll Free number is working (not Pin2Dest but the dedicated Toll Free). It rings thru to my Virigin UK SIM -- luckily I set the up a couple weeks ago (and forgot about it -- panic set in when I read this thread!).

Also, the service of CBW where you call a in country toll free number is also working -- at least in the US. The UK toll free number is 0800-169-8163 if anybody there wants to give it a ring and see if it answers, it would relieve, somewhat, 0 this old farts anxiety :)

www.DialThru.com (whom both CBW and Enlinea use, I believe) is also having problems. Their static pages are up but if you click on "Account Manager" you get the same error as logging on to CBW (online.dialthru.com cannot be connected)

After talking to Barry at CBW, it seems that they suffered a database crash sometime this past week. If you signed up more than 10 days ago, your service should be unaffected, but I was told that all accounts setup after then were to be restored by Sunday, which didn't happen.

My new account isn't recognized at all, and when I try to call any US numbers , I get a "thank you... invalid number, please, reenter" or "thank you" and a fast busy. Calling international to explain to the people with the phone that they can't call me back, however, works just fine.

Any news on the crash which affected enlinea and CBW;
My enlinea account does not work at all.... Any other experiences;

I emailed enlinea about it yesterday. In their response they said it is being worked on and that I should try it later today.

For what it's worth, service is working perfectly here in the UK - checked both our numbers this morning, in preparation for a trip to France.

Online account etc., service is also okay...
