and they have another product called KiWi prepaid, on a different url, with a country list in half-translated French alphabetical order (eg South Africa first), which is definitely Luxembourg based (eg LUXGSM +352021), and looks more or less like an ordinary roaming tariff of incoming and outgoing call charges, and quotes dates in 2002 I'd guess the newer product is probably IoM based, but a small chance it is Luxembourg, and they are shifting towards it from the old one which is simply an ordinary Luxgsm one with another badge _ I just tried calling with the free minutes on my easyMobile SIM today, but couldn't tell if the mobile answered or not in 3 tries - one ring, cut-off, normal ring unanswered |
I forgot to give the link to ebay.de where this product is currently selling.
http://cgi.ebay.de/OneWorld-OneSIM-ueber-1...1QQcmdZViewItem The seller is based in Trier, near LUX. The 50 E start price with only 10 E balance AND 8 E shipping to Germany/15 elsewhere hardly make it a SURE FIRE WINNER. Still not clear what the home country is. I just find it very interesting that there are SO MANY global cards these days. Stan |
