I have a new travelsim card and an unlocked treo 650. My outgoing calls are barred and asking me for password to change settings. They don't seem to be able to help me. Can anyone help

I don't think you can use STK on any smartphone such as the Treo. You may have to use USSD or SMS triggering if available from your service provider.
