Telekomunikacja Kolejowa (Railway Telecom) resigned to take its GSM 1800 licence. They didn't gather enough financial support for this project. It's nothing strange to me since they bidded crazy 510 milion PLN (about 128 milion EUR) licence fee whereas the mobile market saturation is about 80% at the moment.

Unfortunately not. The procedure starts again, but with new T&C (this one was prepared by the regulator appointed by the previous government and put too much weight on the licence fee).

BTW, there are rumors that P4 is about to establish GSM roaming agreement with Plus, but among Polkomtel shareholders, Vodafone is against :whistle:
