First MVNO in Kosovo: D3

PrePaidGSM: D3 Mobile (Kosovo)

Just updated the Kosovo page adding the first MVNO in the disputed land in the Balkans. It has a Slovenian network code and international prefix.

They are not even widely recognised, but have 2 GSM operators plus a MVNO... and 3 international prefixes! :D
